So how do I transfer my site?
Please submit a support ticket to our support department and request a website transfer. Make sure to specify as much information as possible – FTP access, access to the management panel, database access passwords, whether your account runs under SSL, and any piece of information you think might be relevant to us.
Will during the transfer my site will not be available?
Sites can be migrated without Down time. If the transfer is handled by us, we will also need access to the domain’s DNS management and then we will perform the migration in a smart way and in stages so that it will not be down. You may be asked not to update the site for 24 hours until the DNS servers are updated, but your site will still be available.
