The work area of the reseller in the WHM system is List Accounts, under the Account Information category in the links list at the left side of the screen, which displays a list of all the sites hosted in the reseller’s account:
This area allows the reseller a number of routine operations:
1. Update customer’s cPanel password.
2. Update the email address of the account.
3. Direct access to the Cpanel Account.
Changing the password or email address of the client’s account is done by clicking the ‘+’ sign in the leftmost column of the account.
