- Login to the client area using your username and password.

- On the left side menu, under Clients Menu, click Services:
- Click your hosting service line:
- At the left side menu, under Actions, click Request Cancellation:
- The following page will allow you to Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation and choose the Cancellation Type: Immediate or at the End of the Billing Period:
